Familie Schöler erhält Ehrenpreis

Der Präsident des ÖSYC, Dr. Peter Brauner, überreichte auf der Austrian Boatshow in Tulln den Ehrenpreis des Österreichischen Hochsee-Sportverbands für ausgezeichnete Seemannschaft an die Familie Schöler (PAF – Peter/Alexandra/Finn). Die Familie hat mit ihrer „Risho Maru“, einem Wharram – Katamaran von Juni 2005 bis August 2009 die Welt umsegelt. Finn war zu Beginn der Reise fünfeinhalb Jahre alt und wurde auf dem Boot unterrichtet. Er hat sich nach der Rückkehr ohne Probleme in das österreichische Schulsystem eingegliedert und besucht nun die 1. Klasse Gymnasium.
